All Sales Final

By purchasing any digital product or course from Deals @ Places To Visit With Dogs (“we”, “us”, “our”), you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Digital items and courses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

- Change of mind

- Technical failures or compatibility issues

- User error

- Force majeure events (natural disasters, outages, strikes, etc.)

Legal Exception

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK law. If the digital product is faulty, not as described, or fails to be delivered, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Places To Visit With Dogs disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from access revocation, service discontinuation, or your use (or inability to use) digital products or courses.
